Booking Your Spot
To guarantee your pet’s VIP grooming session, a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to book. This amount is deducted from your total on the day of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes.
24+ Hours Notice: We will happily move your deposit to a new date.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: The $50 deposit is forfeited to cover the reserved time.
No-Shows
Missing an appointment without notice results in the loss of your deposit and may result in the loss of future booking privileges.
