​Before you book your pup’s luxury experience, please have the following details ready:

​The "Vet Profile" Essentials: To skip the paperwork, have your Vet’s Name, your Pet’s Registered Name, and the Account Last Name ready. I’ll call them to get the records sent over for you!

​Vaccination Requirements (The Must-Haves): For the safety of all our guests, all pups must be up-to-date on:

​Rabies

​Parvo (DHPP/DAPP) — This is a strict requirement to keep our Spaw safe and healthy!

​Special Needs or "Quirks": Does your pup have a sensitive ear, a "bad" hip, or a fear of blow-dryers? Let me know so I can make them feel extra comfortable.

​Allergy Alerts: Please mention any skin sensitivities or food allergies so I can select the perfect Funky Poodle shampoo for their coat.

​Your Preferred Scent: Pick your favorite from our Scent Library! Having your scent chosen ahead of time makes drop-off quick and easy.
